Pre-Order Notice
What does Pre-Order mean? Pre-order means that products are not in stock at the time of purchase and are made after orders are placed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Due to the nature of pre-orders, please allow 4–8 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your item. This timeframe both includes production and shipping.
Order Process
Our fulfillment process works as follows:
- Customers place their orders during the drop period.
- Once the drop closes, our website temporarily shuts down to begin processing.
- Bulk production of all ordered items begins.
- After production is completed, the full bulk order is shipped to us.
- Once we receive the inventory, we carefully package and ship each individual order to customers.
Shipping Updates
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Important Notes
- Because all items are made-to-order, delays may occasionally occur during production or transit. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
